He is one of the pioneers to give idea about English Medium Courses for International students in Russia , and hence the founder member of Faculty of International Students in Kursk State Medical University (Russia). The parent company: Intec Educational Services LLC is based in California (USA). He was the first Indian student to graduate from Kursk State Medical University in 1997 and received the Red Diploma with honours .He has always been an inspiration for all of us and also a helping hand to Indian as well as other students in Kursk. Dr PK Singh has completed successfully 29 years recruiting students from India since 1993 and he is having two subsidiaries Elena Abroad Education Pvt Ltd and Basmati Abroad Consultants Pvt Ltd which are based in India.

Mr Keshav has been associated with Dr P.K Singh and ELENA ABROAD since long. He takes care of the Day-to-Day Operations in India from the head office located in Gurugram (Haryana). Along with the documentation and counselling, he coordinates with our partners to provide the clients a hassle-free experience. Our team under him coordinates with the University , Indian students studying abroad and their parents on regular basis to keep a track of their academic and personal well-being.
